That’s me on the right with my sister. Buster Bec is what my mum used to call me when I was young. I was the clumsy kid, dropping things, falling over, breaking my arms!
We grew up on a farm called Maryvale, near Streaky Bay on the west coast of South Australia. The best place to grow up if you ask me, on a farm, away from crime, traffic, and civilisation. We weren’t nudists, it was the summer of ‘83 and the heat of outback Australia meant stripping off and running under the sprinkler was a regular occurrence.
Fast forward to now.
I don’t worry too much about the little things. I’m an extrovert who loves to meet people. I am all too aware of how short and precious life is and I’m always trying to make the most of my time here. I’m a mum of 4 and I fell into photography when my youngest two children (twins) were born. Sick of not being able to get nice photos of my kids I invested in my first DSLR in 2009.
A few years and a few grey hairs later my kids were growing up fast. I was loving the images I could achieve and decided I could definitely make a go of this. I kept photography as my side-gig until the end of 2017 when I dove in head first and made it my full time passion and career. I’ve never looked back.

I love meeting new people and travelling to different places as it always means each shoot is going to be different. There is never two the same, which I love. I can be as creative and free as I like and it’s the most amazing feeling to be an artist and to be able to call it my job.

I know photography can seem like a BIG expense when you first start planning your wedding but investing in a good photographer and the right photographer is money well spent. I don't want you to regret going with your friend who has a good camera, or booking the cheapest photographer you can find. It happens so often and breaks my heart when couples are left with awful photos after making a bad decision. REGRET NOTHING!

How many photos do we get?
For weddings you'll get all the good ones! The only images I will not deliver are duplicates that I know you will have no desire for and the photos where you're mid-blink. I shoot for quality over quantity but there's no limits to the number of photos you'll get. Typically you can expect 50-100 images per hour of coverage, depending on how much is going on.
